How it Works
Each day, you'll receive a new:
SHOOTING GOAL
Each day, you'll be given a target # of shots to make that day. By the end of the challenge, you'll make ~3,000 total shots.
SUGGESTED WORKOUT
Make your target #Â for the day using whichever drills you normally like to do, or, use the example workout provided.
MINDSET LESSON
Focus on a different aspect of your shooting mindset including the exact thoughts/beliefs that will increase your confidence and %.
EXTRA RESOURCE
Videos, meditations, visualizations, affirmations, and other mental exercises to supplement what you learn each day.
