Introducing
The Basketball Mindset Coaching Program
How the 3-month program works:
1.
Onboarding
Take a mindset assessment and then hop on a 30-min video call with Demetri to talk about your goals.
2.
Weekly Training
Each week, get mindset lessons, mental exercises, motivation and more, all tailored to you and your goals.
3.
Weekly Challenges
On-court challenges are given to test your improved mental game and serve as evidence of your improvement.
4.
Monthly Reassess
At the end of each month, repeat both onboarding steps to check progress/discuss your training plan moving forward.
A complete mindset training plan, customized for you
Each week, get a new:

Videos, articles, and other material are provided to teach you about a specific mental skill (based on your desired areas of improvement).
Mental Exercise
Guided meditations, visualizations, affirmations, and more help supplement what you learn and accelerate your mental growth.
Motivation
In addition, Demetri may send you motivational video clips or quotes from professional players to help teach and inspire you.

How mindset training helped me
Hey! I'm Demetri and welcome to Basketball Mindset Training!
I've been helping basketball players improve their mental game ever since I noticed how much of a difference it made in my own performance.
I used to never be able to get out of shooting slumps. I always seemed to play better in practice than I did in games. I wanted nothing to do with pressure shots or free throws.
I always knew there was another level to my game, that I was capable of more, but I couldn't figure out how to unlock it.
That's when I discovered the mental side of basketball. As soon as I started training my mind as much as I trained my basketball skills, I evolved into a whole new player.
Now, my mental toughness helps me get out of shooting slumps quicker. My focus and fearlessness help me play just as well in games as I do in practice. And not only do I feel confident shooting pressure shots and FT's, but I crave them.
(Check out the video to see another by-product of my mental training)
My transformation wouldn't have been possible without mental training and I know it'll help you make a major transformation too.
If you're looking to take your game to the next level and become the player that you've always dreamed of being, then you've come to the right place.
